We’re proud to announce a major step forward in improving public safety for our communities. West Memphis, Marion, and Crittenden County are officially merging our Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) to create a unified, efficient emergency response system.

What’s a PSAP and Why Does It Matter?

A PSAP is where 911 calls are answered and dispatched to first responders. By merging West Memphis, Marion, and Crittenden County’s PSAPs, we’re improving communication and efficiency across the region, making sure that help arrives faster when emergencies happen.
